‘Law, war and the State of the American Exception’ was the second project (2007-2011) in my American Exception series. Funding for this was provided by the Economic and Social Research Council. This came to an end in December 2010. You can still access the project blog and project website, which provides details of my publications and presentations, including a video presentation, as well as the project conference.
