ICC exemptions and Libya

Nice post by Julian Ku over at Opinio Juris on the ICC’s role in Libya. It is this kind of issue that adds credence to the claim that such interventions are acts of liberal imperialism i.e. the US can refer its enemies to the ICC while claiming exemptions from that same court’s jurisdiction.
